Not far away, in the neighbouring and green Umbria, you can visit the center of Castiglione del Lago, the beatiful Lake Trasimeno and get the ferry to visit its picturesque islands.
Villa Le Querciole is developed in one level on the ground floor and it has an extension of 160 square meters.
The living area consists of a large open space divided into the living room, with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace that gives this room a beautiful and warm atmosphere, and the modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The living area is completed by a comfortable guest bathroom.
The sleeping area is composed by three double bedrooms, all with king size beds and private bathrooms with large shower.
On request, wine tastings, cooking classes, private dinners and excursions can be organized on the property.
