Both can comfortably host up to 10 people gathering beautiful convivial moments altogether, even during chillier autumn and winter evenings thanks to the internal welcoming living room: in fact this charming Tuscan corner is splendid all the year round. The Villa develops into two opposite sides linked by a luminous central living room. On the ground floor guests can join the living area with its sitting room, a bathroom and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the different accesses, guests can easily move from the indoors to the outdoors and the spectacular terrace and the gorgeous internal courtyard with loggia. An elegant staircase leads to the sleeping area upstairs composed by three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower box and a twin bedroom adjacent to a full bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub. Design furniture and the harmonic interior house painting were accurately chosen by owners in order to give a touch of warmth and hospitality. This beautiful property, located really close to the town centre, is the perfect spot for a holiday in the pursuit of harmony and relax. Within a few minutes driving you can reach the closer Umbrian borders with its historical amenities and well equipped Lake Trasimeno's beaches that give tourists the possibility to visit its islands and enjoy recreational fishing experiences.
