Our ten-year-experience in the accommodation and hotel field together with the needs of our large number of guests who have spent a vacation in our houses, have allowed us to make a selection of the best villas, farmhouses and apartments both in the town centre and along the hills and valleys. These are typical local country houses which have been carefully restored and are very comfortable. All of them can be classified within a medium/high level range relating to their panoramic location, peacefulness and typicality of the area.
We are proposing you all-inclusive accommodations, as the rates include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen clothes and tools, electricity, water and final cleanings.

Our head office

terretrusche is located at n. 3 Vicolo Alfieri, on a street floor apartment in the XV^th Century Alticozzi Palace, right in the historical centre of Cortona. Vicolo Alfieri leads to Piazza della Repubblica (Republic Square) that takes its name from the Municipality Palace.
Alticozzi Palace takes its name after the prestigious noble Family "The Alticozzis" who enlarged the Palace's medieval structure by adding some previous buildings. Its present facade dates back to the first half of the XVI^th century.
Over the rusticated arches on the ground floor, two other noble floors with beautiful architraved windows overlook the narrow blind alley while the windows of the top floor, which used to host the servants, are small and square. In the façade, visible coats of arms with the head of a bullock represent still today, the nobility of the Alticozzi's extinct family.
Our office is located around a space which used to be the Palace's woodstore in ancient times. It has been totally restored and still maintains its high barrel-roofing and great inside-window shutters of the large window overlooking the pretty Vicolo Alfieri.
