At the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in an uncontaminated landscaped context where time seems to stand still, arises predominantly on a hill Pian di Marte. The recent reconstruction of the antique country house, handled in the minimum details by the owners, transformed it into a pleasant holiday place, where one can be in total privacy and in contact with nature having the possibility to admire the silent passing of the most different wild animals such as roebuck and deer. The farmhouse is ca. 300 square metres big, surrounded by 6,5 hectares land, equipped with modern comfort and from each angle enjoys a marvellous view on the valley from which its name derives. All the rooms of the house have been furnished with care are bight and each characterized by a different colour and wall design. The internals are composed as following: On the ground floor a big hall with hand-painted arches and fireplace in travertine, dining area with glass table for 12 people, kitchen, a bathroom with shower, laundry room, further to a beautiful portico ideal for al fresco meals whilst admiring the landscape. On the first floor there are a Suite with bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi and hydro massage shower and an exclusive terrace with breathtaking view on the valley; a double room, two twin rooms and another big bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydro massage shower. The long cypress alley and the parametrical area of the house are in terra batted and gravel; the park is nicely cared for and an oak wood completes the property. The swimming pool of 5x12 with roman stairs, deep from 1.20 – 2.20 metres is embedded in a nice garden in overhang position over the valley and it equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, deckchairs and external shower. Comfort: independent entrance with automatic gate, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, video-player, mosquito nets, burglar system, laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher, pool, uncovered car park, barbecue, fireplace, Jacuzzi and hydro massage showers. Near sightseeing: Cortona 15KM; Perugia 26KM; Lago Trasimeno 8Km; Florence 110Km; Siena 60 Km; Arezzo 50Km. Services and shops of first necessity in Castel Rigone 7KM Train station: Passignano S.T. 10Km. In the immediate vicinity possibility to hire horses for excursions, Trekking.

Comme d'habitude, les villas sont mieux en réalité qu'en photo ! Cette année, superbe villa et propriétaires très sympathiques : nous étions comme "chez nous". Vue panoramique sur les collines, quelques villas parsemées au loin, au centre d'un parc naturel protégé : nous avons eu l'occasion de voir des biches, un porc-épic, ... Quel bonheur pour le repos dans cet endroit si paisible. La maison avait toutes les commodités souhaitées et la piscine très agréable et protégée pour les enfants.
