The Villa, which also maintains a cool temperature in summer, is equipped with all modern comforts. The ground floor consists of a beautiful kitchen, very functional and well-equipped, and a living area where a round arch outlines the spacious dining room from the sitting room with sofas and table games. The living area is completed by a spacious bathroom.
The sleeping area comprises 5 spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom and shower.
The well-kept garden is completely fenced and surrounded by olive trees, bushes and varied selection of garden herbs.
At exclusive disposal is the original pool offering a breathtaking view of the lake, equipped with 8 sun loungers. The sun terrace of 200 m2 is completely paved.
