Villa Il Grifo can accommodate up to 10 guests and it has 5 beautiful rooms, each one characterized by a style that distinguishes them. The Black Room has a large double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The Blue Room has a beautiful blue retro bed and bathroom with shower. The Green Room overlooks the east side of the villa and it has a private bathroom with shower. A characteristic wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where a sitting room (perfect for relaxing evenings and games) opens onto the two bedrooms with double bed: the Pink Room and the Gold Room each featuring a private bathtub in the bedroom. The ground floor houses a large and beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and connected to the large pantry and laundry room where you will find a washing machine and dryer, sink and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is stocked with a full range of big and small appliances, ideal for cooking enthusiasts. The adjacent living room has a sofa and a large TV with direct access to the garden. The dining room is very spacious and it allows you to eat in a large and very characteristic environment. Externally there is a large wrought iron gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a modern barbecue. The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The refined furnishings embellished with antiques and fine fabrics make the villa a unique and original place, with attention to every detail. Each room is characterized by colors and materials that make it original and welcoming, always in the name of a refined and luxurious style.
