Masseria Pezza

The Masseria is made up of two buildings and can accommodate up to 14 people in its six rooms, all different in size and orientation. Central body: has 3 large bedrooms (between 40 and 70 sqm) each with its own bathroom, of a large and bright living area with fireplace, seating area and a large dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, are accessible via an internal staircase and are equipped with private terraces. Side wing: The old stables have been transformed into a garden villa, which features 3 additional double bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as a living area and a newly built designer kitchen. In the farmhouse's internal courtyard is a cozy swimming pool, framed by a pergola where you can dine al fresco or relax with a good book while enjoying the fiery sunsets of this corner of paradise. Around the Masseria there are 20 hectares of private planted land with fruit trees and nut trees, as well as a vineyard and a garden which guests can access independently.
