SUITE SPA SUGHERA:
Located on the first and second floor of of Villa Potenza, in a beautiful rural complex in the heart of the Marchigian countryside, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea , the Sibillini Mountains and beautiful towns such as Macerata, Recanati e Montecassiano. The apartment features any kind of comfort, underfloor cooling/heating and dehumidifier. The materials and the furniture of very high quality, have been thought to be functional and comfortable for the guests. Ideal for five people, on the lower floor there is a living room with satellite tv and double sofa-bed, double bedroom with Tv, wood flooring , wardrobe room and en suite shower-room, fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob. On the upper floor there is a lounge area with table and a sofa and another bedroom with twin beds and a French-size bed together with a big shower room. Outside, in the beautiful English-style garden, lies the large pool with hydro-massage bench, showers, toilets, changing rooms. There is also an underground garage and the storage room.

In a typical hilly area totally committed to plantations, vineyards, olive groves and hoods, a tree-lined road leads to the beautiful Villa Potenza.
The old cork oak that lies in front of it - a real rarity in this region –defines, with its 15mt of luxuriant foliage, the outline of the whole property. In June 2015 the careful restauration of the manor house and the annexes that date back to the 1800 is finished. To preserve the original look and materials, the bricks that give that typical light tone to the local buildings, have been rotated and replaced once at the time.
The complex is composed by a reception and 9 modern apartments, the guests benefits of all the comforts immerse in an unforgettable landscape.
The town of Monteccassiano and Recanati, beautifully castled in the surrounding hills, benefit of the wonderful and evocative different colours of the day. During clear days, it's possible to catch sight of the sea, while the majestic Sibylline Mountains raise outstanding behind the property. Villa Potenza benefits then of an excellent position, in a 30-minute drive it is possible to reach either the beaches of the Marchigian coast and the popular destinations on the Appenines. Many are the attractions, historical, artistic, beauty of the landscape, and culinary that the region Marche offers: Helvia Recina ruins, the old towns of Montecassino and Recanati, the Urbisaglia archeological park, the sphaeristerium in Macerata (well-known for its opera season of extremely high level), the towns of Loreto, Urbino, Ancona and Ascoli Piceno, the Sibillini Mountains National Park, Frasassi Caves, Mount Conero national park and Fiastra abbey.
