Description
Villa Monte del Lago owes its name to the charming village in which it is located.
Surrounded by unspoiled countryside, the villa is located in the heart of a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno and therefore it is located in a unique and perfect location to enjoy at all times of the year.
It is a finely renovated stone farmhouse with many panoramic doors and windows and all the comforts. It will make your stay an unforgettable experience!
The interior spaces are spacious and furnished with materials inspired by the territory, tailor-made furniture, original works hanging on the walls, thus you will find the best Italian design in a breathtaking location.
On the ground floor of the main building there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the garden, while on the first floor there is a succession of living rooms and living areas developed between terracotta floors, vaults and wooden beams.
Also on the first floor, the sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and windows overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
Outside the main house you will find the annex on 3 levels, constituted of the remaining 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as finding loggias, a comfortable play room complete with fireplace, a tennis court, a bowling alley and a gym.
The park, equipped with a panoramic infinity pool, has been carefully set up as a place to relax or exercise.
Here you will find panoramic pergolas arranged with designer furnishings, rose gardens, jogging paths and walks in the countryside.
The flora is typical of the landscape and it is rich in fruit trees that allow the luckiest guests to enjoy a fruit picked directly from the tree.
In the garden there are also furnished covered areas and a kitchen equipped with barbecue and wood-burning oven to enjoy authentic Italian dinners.
In the villa there is also a large and lush olive grove on the edge of the estate.
