Tucked in a hill immersed in the greenery, Pietra del Sole stands out with its majesty. The Villa was designed to be refurbished with high quality materials and all possible modern comforts. This structure is located in the outskirt of the city centre though surrounded by 50.000 square metres of olive groves. It is completely fenced offering maximum privacy. Being located on the top of a hill, the structure is lightened from sunshine to sunrise. If you are a food lover, there are plenty of kitchens where to prepare your meals, both inside and outside the main building and the annex. The Villa boasts 7 suites with queen size beds and private bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms and a SPA with Jacuzzi, steam bath and chromotherapy. All materials used are naturals, from durmast in all floors to travertine in bathrooms, kitchens, outer sidewalks and corten steel for all finishing touches. Antique furniture belonging to the family, embellish the property giving a touch of antiques. Both beds and sofas were handmade by local craftsmen. Windows are extremely refined, in fact they are equipped with internal curtains allowing the perfect regulation of both light and sun heat. The latest generation infinity pool has been coated with non-slip material. The pool is also heated and salt sterilized. All outer and internal lights are LED illuminated. The air conditioning system is innovative: a mechanical ventilation system able to provide better indoor air quality by extracting stale air or by supplying fresh air.
