Surrounded by a large garden, the farmhouse can comfortably host up to 10 people thanks to its 4 spacious bedrooms.
Casale La Rugantina is developed on two floors according to the typical architecture of the old farmhouses with access to the upper floor through an outer stone saircase with a loggia.
The first floor, entirely set up as sleeping area, is composed of one double bedroom (or if needed a family room with double bed and two single beds) with fridge and private bathroom.
The ground floor hosts three double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry room.
The large living area, the heart of the house, with the characteristic and spacious fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with relax area and bathroom with shower.
Under the pergola there is an outer dining area ideal to enjoy great meals in the open air.
La Rugantina puts a large private swimming pool equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds at guests' disposal.
