Description
Tucked peacefully down a tranquil spot inside a residential complex, sits this charming self-contained stone cottage. This private retreat is situated in a beautiful valley enjoying wonderful views of the typical Tuscan countryside with gentle rolling hills, sunflowers and olive groves.
The cottage lies in its own enclosed garden with a large pergola with outdoor table and BBQ area. This area is located adjacent to the kitchen and this makes particularly easy to carry stuff in and out the house.
A solid wooden door takes you into the open plan living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, and dining area.
Close to the living room there is a fully fitted kitchen with another large table and direct access to the garden.
On the same floor we find as well two spacious double bedrooms and a twin so the house can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The cottage is provided with two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
Just a few steps away, visible at first sight, lies the beautiful pool, extremely large and fully equipped with loungers and shades. This area is fenced and shared among the other tenants.
Breathe-taking walks and cycle rides are possible anywhere in the surrounding and with a five-minute car journey to a town with several shops and supermarkets. Cortona and other quaint Etruscan old towns are all within easy reach.
This little gem has all the ingredients to let you explore the region and to do many activities or simply to relax and unwind.
