Villa Melissa comes out from the wise restoration of an old house located in the centre of a small village in the middle of the beautiful Val di Chiana.
Here, the extended grounds of wheat and sunflowers , along with all the smells of nature, will envelop you in a fantastic atmosphere. An ideal location to spend a relaxing and unforgettable Tuscan holidays.

The old red-brick farmhouse has been renewed with great dedication and meticulously in order to be able to offer its tenants the best hospitality, thanks to high end amenities together with original and refined furnishings.
The villa is divided into two twin apartments equipped with independent entrances but linked internally, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor.

Entering from the ground floor, we find an apartment which matches its historical appeal – characterized by the beautiful exposed red bricks- with a touch of modern. On this level there is a beautiful living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy bathroom with shower and two comfortable double bedrooms.

The apartment locate on the upper floor has a distinctive touch or elegance and romance, aiming to evoke the past times. The interiors are inspired by the the style of the early twentieth century, while offering the guests all the modern features and comforts.
On this level we find a living room with sofas and TV, a bathroom with shower and two beautiful double bedrooms.

Outdoor a peculiar and charming brick pool is the ideal oases, reachable in a few steps, for those who want to dip in for some refreshing moments. In the back yard guests can enjoy al fresco dining by the fully equipped area, with a large parasol, table and BBQ. Some sun loungers sit on a verdant English lawn to offer another area to unwind and relax. An additional outdoor table and large umbrella is located in the spacious courtyard facing the main entrance, ideal area also to park coming from the automated gate. The estate is also fully fenced.
